SIMPLE ASSEMBLY
The two foam parts are delivered shrink-wrapped and vacuum-sealed. First unpack and place on a flat surface for 2 days. Then the two inner parts for Hoopers barrels have their full volume and are ready for use. Fit the two foam parts into each other like a puzzle and then insert them together into the garbage cans. This ensures that the Hoopers garbage can always remains stable and upright, even when weighted down with number boards.

   The foam parts are supplied vacuum-packed and shrink-wrapped.
   Unpack and place on a flat surface for 2 days, then the foam parts will regain their full
   volume and are ready for use. Assemble the foam parts together and insert them into
   the barrel. The barrel stands securely and upright on any surface, even when weighted
   down with number plates.
